Privacy Notice

Make It Real Production is a wedding videography studio operated by Mykola Stratovych, sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: production@mktrl.com, phone +49 1515 4621021.

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, email, phone number, wedding date, location, and your optional message. We use this strictly to respond to your enquiry and discuss your booking.

When you browse this site, we collect anonymous traffic statistics (page views, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner. No personal identifiers are stored.

Three categories:

• Essential — keep the site working (session, form CSRF). Always on.
• Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics. Off by default, opt-in.
• Marketing — currently not used. If we ever add it we will ask you again.

You can change your choice any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Enquiry data: 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted. Booked-client data: 7 years from delivery of the final film (UK tax-record retention).

Under GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email production@mktrl.com. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are mishandling your data, you may also complain to the ICO (UK) at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.
